Brian J. McGinley, Co-Founder/Principal, Revenue Generation | New York
Brian's career path over the past 26 years has served as an excellent vehicle for bringing value to non-profit organizations seeking to increase and diversify their revenue generation.
His fundraising and cause-marketing skills were honed at the local, national and international levels and introduced him to a wide array of domestic and transatlantic donors, corporate foundations and private funding sources. He has managed projects totaling over $128 million. His expertise includes strategic partnerships, corporate relations, board development, capital campaigns, foundation relations, prospect research, major gifts, high net worth donors and cause-marketing sponsorships.
He has a tremendous passion for the non-profit sector and enjoys being part of the transformational role that philanthropy can play in people’s lives.
He holds B.A. in Government and Politics with a minor in History from Manhattan College and a Fundraising and Non-Profit Management Certification from Columbia University. He has also completed cause-related marketing courses at New York University. In 2016, he received an Executive Education Certificate at Fordham University's Center for Non-Profit Leaders.

Jourden Warren, Senior Director, Revenue Generation | Washington D.C./New York
Jourden Warren is a results-oriented professional specializing in the intersection of corporate engagement, international philanthropy, education, communications, and global programs. As a senior executive, she excels in developing and managing partnerships and programmatic opportunities aligned with organizational missions and strategic goals.
Jourden’s work spans a wide range of responsibilities, including grant management, communications, project management, event production, relationship management, and corporate and foundation fundraising. She has successfully designed and executed numerous high-profile events, such as The Africa-America Institute’s (AAI) African Diplomatic Orientation & Engagement Program, Global Africa Forum, Annual Awards Gala, and the Annual State of Education in Africa Conference.
Before joining AAI, Jourden worked as a Strategic Communications Consultant for Kai Kai Communications in New York, providing communications strategy and political and commercial services to international and domestic clients. Her diverse experience also includes work as an Independent Production Assistant in New Zealand, coordinating large-scale commercial productions for major international brands.
Jourden's educational background includes a Master of International Studies with Distinction from the University of Otago in New Zealand, where she focused on international trade policies across Sub-Saharan Africa. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the same institution.
Active in community engagement, Jourden currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Small Savers Montessori Child Development Center in Washington, D.C. She also played a key role in establishing The Foundation for Gender Equality.
